“The Red Pepper Padre, courtesy of Padre Azul tequila, takes the sweet crunch of red bell peppers and pairs it with biting black pepper and of course, lightly spicy tequila blanco.”
- 2 oz. tequila blanco
- 3-4 strips red bell pepper
- black pepper
- 3/4 oz. orange liqueur
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Muddle tequila, red pepper strips, and black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients. Shake, then strain twice. Pour into a coupe glass (option to rim half the glass with black pepper).
- Garnish with a red pepper strip.
