How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Shipping costs start at €3,85. Shipping for orders with shipping addresses in Austria and Germany over €100 is free.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for All orders over €100 in Austria and Germany. Shipping costs for Other destinations are calculated by the weight of the package.
Where do you send your packages from?
We have a warehouse in Austria and in Germany. Depending on the shipping address and our available stock at these warehouses, we decide from which one We send your order.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
We claim to deliver your order within a maximum of 5 working days, but In most cases, you can enjoy your order already within 3 to 4 working days after checkout.
Which delivery service will ship my order?
We ship all our packages with DPD or DHL.
