Participation in the competition requires agreement to the terms and conditions of
participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following
conditions:
1. Participation and exclusion
Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older with their principal
residence in the EU. Individuals working at Tradition Mexico GmbH (further denoted as
„host“) are excluded. Participation in the competition is free and there is no obligation to purchase.
Participants can join the contest and have the possibility to win by writing a comment under the competition post on either facebook or instagram between 01.05.2024 and 12.05.2024.
Participation ends on 12.05.2024 at 24:00 CET.
The host has the right to exclude anyone from the contest that does not follow these
regulations.
Participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise attempt to gain an advantage
through manipulation will be excluded from participation. If necessary, the winnings will be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
Tradition Mexico GmbH reserves the right to end the competition at any time without
prior notice if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
2. Prize
Each winner wins 1 of 4 bottles of the Padre Azul Artist Edition 22 and a T-Shirt. Winners are randomly chosen from the pool of participants on Facebook and Instagram. A total of 4 winners will be chosen via the Padre Azul Facebook and Instagram channels and informed by replying to their comment. Personal data will only be exchanged via DM or e-mail afterwards.
If the winners do not make contact via DM or e-mail within 14 days of the initial reply to the comment, the host is entitled to draw a new winner and notify him/her. If the participant makes contact in the mentioned time frame, he/she wins the prize.
In the case of falsely entered personal data, the host is not obligated to search for the correct data. The flawed or incomplete contact information is the fault of the participant.
3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process
The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.
4. Accountability
The host is not liable for:
a. mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data
b. technical problems of any sort
5. Caveat Emptor
The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the raffle.
6. Privacy
TThe personal data gathered and saved by the host during the contest is only used to arrange and execute the contest. The transferring of data to a third person is excluded.
The host is only allowed to send the participant information, offers and contest-related marketing strategies if he has expressly agreed.

7. Affective law
The contest is subject to Austrian law.
8. Host of the contest
This contest is in no way, shape, or form connected to Instagram or Facebook. It is not
sponsored, supported, or organized by Meta. The participants are not able to file any
claims against Facebook or Instagram concerning problems that occur in connection with the contest. The host is:
