accessibility statement
Accessibility statement
We, Tradition Mexico GmbH, strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements of products and services.
In doing so, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been adhered to as far as possible.
This accessibility statement applies to the website padreazul.com.
Status of compliance with requirements
Due to the following incompatibilities, this website is only partially compliant with conformity level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2’.
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
INCOMPATIBILITY WITH ACCESSIBILITY REGULATIONS
Some images and graphics still have inadequate or missing alternative text. This violates the success criterion for non-textual content. We are working to revise appropriate alternative text for new content immediately and for older content on an ongoing basis.
The deficiencies in the following success criteria will be remedied by our content team and our technical department in the next development cycles:
Individual text passages do not have sufficient contrast between the font and the background. Elements consisting of the combination of yellow and white (buttons/headings) do not have sufficient contrast, which is why the requirements are not fully met.
For the WCAG success criterion of readability, we have randomly checked our website for foreign-language sections. Pages that take text from an interface or where a fallback language (usually German or English) is used still need to be correctly labelled. If you find any other expressions that need to be labelled, please let us know.
Our websites are designed in accordance with current technical possibilities and standards. We have randomly checked the order in which elements are technically displayed in the main content. If you notice any problems with the implementation of individual elements, please let us know.
Some of the video content on this website does not currently have subtitles or captions. We are aware that this can present barriers to accessibility for deaf or hard-of-hearing people. We are actively working to ensure that all video content is subtitled in accordance with WCAG 2.2, Success Criterion 1.2.2: Captions (pre-recorded).
If you need help accessing video content or would like to request a transcript or alternative format, please contact us.
DISPROPORTIONATE BURDEN
Some of our videos do not have audio description. This means that the WCAG success criterion (audio description recorded) is not met. We believe that rectifying this would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. The video on the home page does not have audio and therefore does not require audio description.
This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions.
PDF documents and Office documents, mainly older ones, are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, so they cannot be captured and used by screen reader users, or only to an insufficient extent. This means that WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 is not met.

Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response from the above contact option, you can lodge a complaint with the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.
The FFG will examine the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
